How to send an email to a mailing list

To send an email to a mailing list, you will need:

  • The dedicated email address for your mailing list
  • The password that has been issued to you for your mailing list

Once you have these, follow the steps below:

  1. Compose your email in your email client, such as Windows Mail/Outlook/Outlook Express
  2. In the To field, put the email address of your mailing list e.g. list@domain.com
  3. In the Subject field type your password first, followed by a space, then the Subject of the email.  e.g. <password> <subject>
  4. Click Send
The email will then be distributed by our servers and you will receive an email notifying you once it has been sent successfully.
